REPOSITIONING CHALLENGING PROPERTIES

This segment is an example of a current client repositioning counseling assignment with an industrial/office complex that has high vacancies. The issues addressed for this client is a strong model of our services.

The purpose of this evaluation and valuation has been set by the client to address the following:

  • What is an independent opinion on the value of the property?

  • How do the existing leases impact the value?

  • Is the property better to be held or repositioned then released and sold?

  • Or is the property better to be sold to an outside developer?

  • What is the highest and best use of the property?

 

These services are to assist the client in making appropriate and sound business decisions. It will serve as a tool to the client and a tool to develop a final decision(s) and/or business strategy.
