OVERVIEW
Robert J. Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE has
thirty-eight years of real
estate experience with twenty-nine years exclusively in commercial and
industrial real estate as a broker, advisor, expert witness and developer of approximately
$4.9 billion of real estate totaling 39 million square feet. He is recognized as
a national and respected leader, speaker and author in his industry. Rob
holds the three most elite international commercial real estate accreditations in
the industry and was elected to an honorary land economics society. He has
contributed to the publication of four real estate books and has authored over
300 professional articles. Mr. Nahigian was appointed by Gov.
Patrick to the Mass. Highway Real Estate Appraisal Review Board and appointed to
the Advisory Committee of an AMEX listed real estate investment firm (NERA).
