FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Auburndale Realty Completes Expert Testimony ServicesSpring, 2004/Fall 2004 --Boston, Mass. Robert J. Nahigian, SIOR, CRE of Auburndale Realty Co. of Newton, Mass. has completed two eminent cases during the summer of 2003 and May, 2004 in Worcester and Fall River, Mass. The client, Mass AG Office had takings back in 2000 for the Rt. 146 interchange in Worcester, Mass. that resulted in 20 acres of a 97 acre industrial park. MDFA took approximately 12 acres of industrial land for the new R&D facility at Rt. 24/195. Rob provided expert testimony on the highest and best use for the final valuation determination in both cases. Additionally, Mr. Nahigian was engaged by Hanify & King during the August, 2004 as an expert witness on a landlord/broker commission dispute with CC&F Lincoln Street LLC and Williams Real Estate Co.
