Nahigian Awarded SIOR 2003 National Real Estate Instructor of the Year/Honored
at Boston's CBA Annual Awards Dinner

Mr. Robert J. Nahigian, SIOR, CRE of
Auburndale Realty Co., Newton, Mass. has been announced as the “2003
National Real Estate Instructor of the Year” by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors
during April, 2004. The formal announcement was made at the SIOR Spring National
Convention held in Scottsdale, AZ on May 14, 2004 at the Fairmont Scottsdale
Princess Resort. SIOR is the most prestigious professional designation in the
U.S. for office and industrial real estate brokerage. Mr. Nahigian has held the
designation since 1986 and has been active on over 15 SIOR committees. He is the
first SIOR to have been awarded the honor two consective years and three years
in total.
SIOR
has honored Rob Nahigian for his dedication, outstanding service and commitment
to the real estate educational process. Rob Nahigian for the highest knowledge
and presentation skills on commercial real estate. Mr. Nahigian instructs on
Build-To-Suit Development and Negotiating Skills.
Mr. Nahigian was
also awarded the Greater Boston Real Estate Board;
Commercial Broker’s Associations “2003 Advisory Assignment of the Year”
and nominated for the “2003 Commercial Broker of the Year”.
Rob received the first time award for advising to the Mass. Attorney General's
Office for the eminent domain taking of 20 acres of industrial land for the new
Rt. 140 interchange on the Mass Pike in Worcester, Mass.
