REPOSITIONING CHALLENGING PROPERTIES

This segment is an example of a current client repositioning counseling assignment with an industrial/office complex that has high vacancies. The issues addressed for this client is a strong model of our services.

The purpose of this evaluation and valuation has been set by the client to address the following:

  1.  What is an independent opinion on the value of the property?

  2.  How do the existing leases impact the value?

  3.  Is the property better to be held or repositioned then released and sold?

  4.  Or is the property better to be sold to an outside developer?

  5.  What is the highest and best use of the property?

 

These services are to assist the client in making appropriate and sound business decisions. It will serve as a tool to the client and a tool to develop a final decision (s) and/or business strategy.
