Robert J. Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR

Rob Nahigian is a noted national accomplished real estate professional speaker and educator, having been awarded the SIOR National Real Estate Instructor of the Year four times since 1994; the most ever accomplished by any SIOR instructor. He was named the "2011 Mass. Real Estate Educator of the Year" by Mass Assoc. of Realtors. He serves on the NAR Commercial Signature Series National Speaker's Program and is frequently booked for professional speaking engagements by various national real estate organizations for conventions, regional conferences and corporate training/executive retreats. He has developed over 150 state and realtor board courses; has completed numerous ITI courses and is a member of Real Estate Education Association. He was appointed in May, 2011 by the Mass. Real Estate Licensing Commission to its Education Subcommittee. Rob is considered one of the industry's most prolific speaker in the US on the topic of build-to-suit, liquidity and commercial real estate investments; development pro formas and negotiating skills. His corporate training clients have included: CB Richard Ellis, NAI, Colliers International, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Realogy, Oncor International, Pyramid Brokerage Co. and many state commercial boards. As an elite practitioner, he holds the premier commercial real estate accreditations with SIOR, CRE, FRICS and MCR.
